Scrambled eggs with onions, Serrano chiles and Nopal - diced up prickly pear leaves.
Absolutely delicious and extremely healthy. Nopal helps lower blood sugar.

I'm munching out on roasted red pepper hummus with pretzel chips...mmmmmm. Hungry! Just came back from the mall. First thing I had all day!

A couple of egg MacMuffins at MacDonald's with coffee 3 creamers. There's a MacDonald's on the way to the Lake I'm planning on fishing this morning.
