I'm mad at him for his hypocrisy. Not because he is wearing one.... He is nothing but a modern day snake oil salesman. He will tell people what ever the hell they want to hear so he can get elected. That is why I am mad at him.
I have more Respect for Bill Clinton then I do for Obama. And I can stand Bill.... but I respect the man. His wife is a different issue.

Actually it is, because our budget deficit skyrocketed shortly after. Its Mr. Taxpayer (which in America is the Middle-class, people like me) that's going to be paying for the Millionaire free lunch.
And for what? Our economy is in the toilet, it doesn't get much worse than it is now. Supply-side economics has never worked, it didnt work under Reagan, Bush I, or Junior.

But i feel Angela Merkel is different :-D
She IS different!
All "Ossis" will become more efficient when they discover that they are no longer backed up by the old system.
Being a member of the "Partie" is no longer a safe haven and she will have to contribute with more than empty words in order to keep her position.
And off course she knows that the minute she fails there will be plenty of heavier "hawks" ready to take her seat.
I believe Merkel could actually make a difference.

The subject is iconsistencies in Obama's message by choosing to change his interpretation of what patriotism means. Any idiot would realize what the press would do about someone running for President ignoring the symbolism of honoring the flag by holding their hand over their heart while while the National Anthem was played. A weak excuse of showing true respect in his heart instead of symbolism just doesn't play in America.

Personally I think the whole subject whether a person holds his hand over his heart or whether he wears a lapel pin is completely idiotic.
For Christ sakes, we got a terrible economy, two wars raging with a 3rd with Iran possibly on its way, we have a serious environmental crisis, there are 40 Million Americans without any healthcare at all, we have a serious energy crisis, a mortgage/banking meltdown, we have terrorists looking at ways to hurt us, and just about everybody in the entire world absolutely HATES us.
And all the right wants to discuss is lapel pins and hand gestures. I'd like to hear some answers to the above rather than talk about such trivial matters, because whether Obama wears a lapel pin or doesn't wear a lapel pin its not going to change anything important.
I would love to hear McCains ideas about the above, so far I have heard little and that I did hear struck me as a really bad idea (like the suspension of the gas tax).
