A lot of these guys would be better served if they just picked up an all-white civilian jacket instead of using woodland camo during the winter. And I still don't get the SWAT uniforms, all black is never good for concealment, even at night why not just bring the proper camo?
 
In the last two photos, the guys are in the ECWS gear. As of right now that was made only in woodland to my knowledge.
 
Our unit issued three-color desert ECWCS jackets when they deployed to the sandbox, don't think they had the pants though.
