You have to be careful with that number.
If the Air Force is involved, the Air Guard and Air Reserve almost always make up the wartime contingent. The active duty has it's own mission and it's up to the reserves (and Guard) to augment the initial air campaign and to take over the lion's share of the follow-on missions.
So, you should press to separate between ground troops and total troops.
The reason is the Air Force will fly from Oman, UAE, Turkey, Italy, etc and may be counted in the total number committed, but they may be hundreds of miles from Iraq.
