Thoughts on the Russo-Ukranian War?

Hmm who would have thought it from a country built on corruption.

On a positive note, I sense a bunch of money heading Ukraine's way in the near future...

Zelensky is touring all of the Gulf countries offering to work with them on defences.
It seems to be working, Ukraine produces about twice as many interceptor drones as it needs and by sending small drone teams to train and equip middle eastern crews it really isnt affecting their war effort.
In return Ukraine gets a sizable chunk of change and probably a share of the patriot missiles it is saving them.

I really don't know what the issues are with this given that there are a ton of foreign troops serving with Ukraine and the fact that Ukraine captured a few Chinese troops doesn't indicate that they were sent by China to fight in Ukraine they may just be there because they support the Russian cause or for the money.

A bit cheeky, but a public statement he won't attack the Victory Parade.
The area exempt from the deployment of Ukrainian weaponry is just Red Square, the rest of Moscow is still in play.

I had hopes that they may have arranged a blue and yellow ceremonial drone fly by which would have been hilarious.

Ukraine to get 20 C/D Gripens free and has inked a deal to buy up to 150 Gripen E series.

Just adding this because it amused me...

To date Russian air defense has caused more damage to the Russians than it has Ukraine so I am not sure why they persist in building these antiquated systems, but I say let them waste resources on them.

I think it is time Europe (I won't say NATO as the US is no longer a functioning ally more a Russian asset) put a no-fly zone over an area of western Ukraine where anything hostile will be engaged to allow Poland to adequately protect its territory.
