2064 - Wow...Yahoo customer service SUCKS. If you have an email account with them, CLOSE IT! I got locked out of my yahoo email account SIX MONTHS ago. After dealing with customer "support" - which yielded nothing, I finally get a survey asking why I stopped using the account. A week later after giving them a terrible answer to the survey, I get a response. Shocking. Please...do yourselves a favor...close your yahoo account.
