I can tell your're mistaken on

Lincoln (Blackhawk war)
Garfield (US Civil War General)
Carter (20 years in the USN on Nuclear Subs)
Nixon (WWII, Fought in the Pacific)
LBJ (also WWII, nearly shot down by Saburo Sakai Japanese Ace).
Harrison (which one? there were 2 Benjamin and William Henry) and they both served. William Henry was with the 1st Infantry Division in 1791 and Benjamin was a Civil War vet.

You can add Ronald Reagan (he was attached as a civilian to the First Motion Picture Division of the US Army Air Corps stationed in Hollywood).

***Washington nevered served in the US Army, he was with the Continental Army and before that the British Army. I dont know if that counts or not...

The Continental Army is the US Army. In 1976, by act of Congress, Washington was posthumously promoted to the rank of General of the Armies, making Washington permanently the senior military officer of the United States past, present, and future.
