South Korea says they may strike 1st if threat of nuclear strike from the North seems creditable.

This really isn't news worthy material.
It's generally accepted that if North Korea were to either:
1) Sell WMDs to a terrorist group or terror supporting state or
2) Poised for an imminent attack on South Korea (which almost guarantees use of WMDs)
South Korea would launch a pre-emptive strike and all out invasion of North Korea.
If things really go down that road, the 13th redneck will be there.
