Hi All!
I'm really interested in the structure and organisation of the military, specifically the US militry. I'm now trying to read and understand the different TO&E's because I want to make a TO&E myself for my army in Warhammer 40,000.
There are, however, a few things I do not understand. First of all, what do all the columns mean? I know GR stands for Grade and that O2 is captain etc. Also, level 1 means a strength of 100%, level 2 is 90% strength and level 3 is 80%. But what do the other columns mean?
Secondly, why do they add two captains and then subtract one again? This makes it more confusing to read the TO&E.
Thanks in advance!
Tom
