Ranking of weapons or in military

My Sweden armed forces.

The weapons is attack planes then air defence then submarines in third.

Rest in 4-12 place. 4 of 3 first of my first ranking system. Transport helicopter 8,9,10 place.

Transport planes after helicopter in my ranking system.

No attack helicopters and marines in Sweden.

All American's how like defence have Air Force or Navy 1st in list and Army last of 6,7,8,9,10,11 or 12 ranks.

Or what all your beleving of your military?

Edit1. Is the weapons more importent in armies?

Edit2. I ranked for my romanian friend the weapons in my german list on Facebook.
