That's what I meant. Thank you for correcting me. The only problem was they couldn't tell the difference between russian and german tanks.

afaik, the russians trained the dogs to run under russian tanks... without thinking. Then the dogs would run onto the battlefield and.... BANG! the germans probably had hella lols off that.
