where as Irish jokes are stated to be backwards and english are stated to be arrogant or stuck up...........welsh is stated to not realise the obv.

2. A brief literary piece commemorating a deceased person.

an epitaph is a thing, not a way of describing a person
lol, but its not like us aussies know anyhting about english anyway
