Chief Engineer
MOH receipient Colonel Robert Howard succumbed to cancer two days before Christmas. This person was a true modern American hero. Here is a brief summary of his career: Seven Silver Stars, 4 Bronze Stars, 8 Purple Hearts, 2 DSC, 2 Masters Degrees. Wounded 14 times in a 54 month period and 5 tours in Vietnam. When he retired in 2006 as a Colonel he had served the American people for 50 years.
