It is a frigate. Most of those ship using by Spanish Navy.

Not that "most advanced ship in the world" is an opinion or anything...
but given your nationality, it wasn't hard to find the ship.

It's the Norwegian Navy's Fridtjof Nansen...an Aegis frigate. Basically, in capabilities, a scaled-down, stealthified version of the US Arleigh Burke, or just a scaled down version of the future DD(X) vessel.
