In Colombia there is a desert called "La Guijira",About the size of Switzerland full of nothing but desert.

Also Colombian soldiers stationed in the Sinai will also use the desert version.

Looks like Australia will be changing to digi cam soon enough. I've seen photos of it, and the pattern as such is the same as auscam, just digitised. It'll be a while though. Nothing wrong with what we've got now.

I think the third pic is some nifty photoshop. Not in the camo just in the explosions in the background. The sand is a diffrent color :/
