Ive never had any problems with companies, I must have been lucky, I just log on everyday, keep my drug addiction under control and rehab regularly. 👍
 
The more upgrades you have the higher your happiness, I have full everything - all staff, full properly upgrades, private plane and yacht. My happiness is at 5025. 👍
 
I am guessing it is probably not worth doing until I get the top end homes (islands).
 
What is the best way to get grenades, looked at the marketplace but they were about 8000 each and I could buy the real ones for less than that.
 
I assume you mean the item market.
I tried that but the cheapest was 8k and it pretty quickly made its way to about 30k.
I managed to pick up a box of 50 for 7 mission points though so that will see me through for a few days.

I tried the HEG but that did more damage to me than the opponent, so I am back to grenades.
