Sadly, he just kicks the shit out of me and that is it, I have decided to not take it for a fair while as in 4 attempts I haven't hit him once.

My strength and defense are climbing quickly though the use of job points but my speed and dexterity are lagging badly as I only have the 100 points to throw at it.

If you subscribe, it gives you an extra 50 e, so I have 150 e when full. Have a look at happy jump tutorials in the forum, they're usually excellent at accelerating battle stats.
 
I keep getting invites to join companies but have no idea what that is all about and usually just read negatives on the forums.
 
If you join a company, depends on the owner and the company, you get paid and work stats, I work at a logistics company, I get regular trains and paid $3.5m a day. I used to own a detective agency which I got to 10* before selling it. 👍

Just about everything I read on the forums makes companies sound like indentured servitude.
