Capt Frogman
Brit Pack (Troop Commander)
Isn't that the nickname for the Military Police?
It is, yes. Rather appropriate too.

And we have a monkey here, are they Army or do the other branches have their own monkeys?
We also have Royal Navy Police and Royal Air Force Police, who aren't as hated as much as the RMP.
Highway Man will confirm this.
Errr, anyone can write a statement dur!
They are wearing a red beret? Do the Royal Marines have the Navy monkeys or the Army monkeys?
There's only one set of monkeys - the RMP. RAFP are known as snowdrops because of their white caps, RNP I'm unsure of and finally the RM Police who are hated even more than us.
Ah, but it takes special skills to fit someone up properly.
Yeah, RMP wear red lids.
RM's have their own police (Royal Marines Police), but they now fall under the Royal Navy Police. That said, a RM could be arrested by a monkey.
Only the RMP (Royal Military Police) are called monkeys.
I don't like dominating anyone which is why I've been a member of the Red Cross for the last 20 years.
It used to be only RMP had reciprocal powers of arrest over all services. The rest could only arrest from their own service. since the Armed Forces Act 2006 was introduced, any service copper can nick anyone from any of the services and about time. Even Ruperts can have their collar felt without permission from another Rupert.
