No, I don't mind at all. Tried the rodeo position, whilst in the act, I whispered that her sister was better than her, then held on for grim death!!! :D :D :D :horsie::horsie::horsie:

So, I was recently traveling and had dinner at this old school golf club, I thought a sherry would have been good for cocktails before dinner but I have never had one and didn't know the name of one to order...any tips?
Sherry (usually Sweet Sherry) is sometimes served as an Aperitif, personally, I don't mind it and find that it does help give me an appetite.

I know I'm a man with very proletarian tastes, but so far I've found that brand names are not particularly important and depending where you are the wines served are often regional, try whatever the house offers, it's pretty hard to muck up Sherry.

Some of the poorer Sherry in our area is made into "Green Ginger Wine" and it is still a lovely drink on a cold night.

When I use to do safari's a few years ago, because of the lack of space for carrying water, fuel, food and so on, rather then take fresh bread, I'd bake my own out of beer, self raising flour and salt in a bread pot (otherwise known as a Dutch oven). Some might say its a waste of beer, but beer and flour takes up less room then loaves of bread.

I use to get up about 4am, have a mug of tea before preparing breakfast, sit watching the shooting stars and enjoying the peace and quiet except for the occasional cough of a lion.

About 5am I'd start peeling the potatoes, preparing the beer bread and the rest of the breakfast ingredients. About 6am I'd start cooking, the smell of bacon wafting through the air had many other people in the rest camp sniffing and mumbling, "The bastard is cooking bacon, my mouth is watering."

When all was ready I'd get my party up for their gut busting breakfast complete with freshly baked bread and mugs of hot steaming tea. After breakfast I'd retire to my sleeping bag while everyone else did the washing up.

Usually breakfast kept everyone going until dinner time when I'd either BBQ steaks over coals, cook a stew in an iron pot or whatever else I could come up with.
