Battery Commander. Although I enjoyed my career afterwards, nothing else was so well loved. Fellow field grades can empathize I'm sure. Remember the scene in "Band of Brothers" when General Taylor interviews Major Winters and reviews his career? General Taylor: "Bastards took your company away from you huh?" Major Winters: "Yes, sir".
