Well it just says you got ICQ and nothing else... clicked on it and didn't find anything.

Just take a look on your browser´s status bar when your mouse pointer is over the ICQ button. It tells you my ICQ number. 
If ICQ is activated it should automaticly add the UIN to your buddy list by clicking the ICQ button in the profile...depending of forum functions.
I administrate 3 forums and in all of them that function works without any problems.
