Canada annonced few week ago, 8 CH-146 with heavy armed capacity (Mini-Gun, CRV-7, Wescam HD 1080P camera/screen, Links 16 and new anti-rpg/missiles protection) here the picture of the 8x CH-148 from 438 Tactical Group. The 438 Tactical Helicopter Squadron was reputed due of the participation with Typhoon ground attack bomber during the end of WW2 (1943-1945) and during the cold war and for the arial protection during the G8 summit during Op Grizzly in 2002. Today is one of the largest helicopter squadron in Canadian Forces and they're good enought to be operationnal in combat cituation such afghanistan, the next deployement of 250 soldiers and 8 CH-146 griffon.
