British SAS vs Spetsnaz GRU

SAS is arguably the best special forces in the world and the spetsnaz have a notoriously brutal training regiment I don't exactly want to add variable x y and z but what do you guys think is overall the better group?

Sigh....not another one of these....seriously? Please take your call of duty crap somewhere else. The fact that you're asking this question in the first place shows that it doesn't matter what anyone who knows what the hell they're talking about says, you're not going to "get" it anyways.

This is going to get removed and there is a chance that you may get banned for comparing two countries' forces. Besides, there Is no group called the Spetsnaz...it is simply Russian for Special Forces. There are many Russian organizations known as Spetsnaz in the same respect as there are many organizations from your country known as special forces, yet they all have different training and duties. For example the Army Rangers are different to Navy Seals...what I'm trying to say is that there are different groups within Spetsnaz, whereas the SAS is a single group.

I would say a jealous woman would be much more dangerous than a squad of any special forces.
