Well, dr. Goebbels may have had some twisted ideas and a disgusting opinion, but he was rather brilliant on his specific field of knowledge.
Propaganda is definately an important contribution to the war effort.
So, take a guess...

Nah, it's not old enough, I don't even think it's hotwired to start.
A palestinian family father who has gathered the means to by a relatively new car wouldn't go off to blow his hard earned car up with the whole family in the backseat, even though he's obviously a moslem.
I suppose it's more about mocking the palestinian "untermensch" for not having enough money to buy a car that could fit his entire family in separate seats.
In contrast to the jewish settlers in the same area who rather drive minivans or regular vans with A/C and seating enough to accomodate the family.
In this example the mockery speaks in the palestinians favour!
There would be no room for explosives in that car, simply because he's probably stuffed grandpa Achmed and grandma Fathima in the trunk..
