Still low in ramping up shell production but there are a number of new European production lines which will give a decent total, much of which should find its way to Ukraine.
US production is largely meaningless outside the US as it is pretty obvious Trump has no intention of honouring NATO commitments or assisting anyone fighting Russia.

Normally I would take third term comments as a joke but the collapse of your legislative branch and the disposition of the judicial branch (specifically the Supreme Court) would concern me.

Not eligible to run for Prez again, and, therefore, can't run for V.P. either. Someone once said that after leaving he could run for the U.S. House of Representatives (Former President John Quincy Adams was re-elected to the House, eventually dying in his seat on the floor of the House) and have his allies elect him Speaker of the House, #3 in the order of succession. Chances of Prez & VP both going out would be slim.

The problem is not what the law says, the problem is that neither the legislative nor the judicial branch seemingly want to stop him.
