One reason:
Because she is married to a Iraqi man for 30 years and holds a Iraqi passport too, so.

good answer. but that's exactly what it is. there are 4 parts to terrorism, the target of terror (the public), the target of violence (Margaret Hassan in this case), target of demands (the gov), and target of attention (media). the point of terrorism is to get to all of those targets, not just to kill random people. they realise that FEAR is what rules the people, and they capitalize on it.

Yes, but then the media should be patriotic EVERYTIME, not just pick up what they want. What is good to blame the gov, they pick it up for "freedom of expression". What would confirm the gov theories and reasons is put aside4 "because it'd work as a medium of terror and that's precisely what terrorists want".

Ain't showing our fire's victims and not showing OUR victims instead, siding with the enemy? Aint that what they want? The media are unfortunately the makers of this misunderstood "relativistic" way of being.

I think the media should be completely unbias and report things how they are. It'll never be that way, but that's what it is supposed to be. The media is supposed to inform the people of events and let the people decide how to interpret them. The problem is the media likes to spin things to be more dramatic then they really are to get ratings.

Exactly. The media are less mature than people are.
