This was one of the happening things in Korea today, along with the massive rain that flooded half the city.
North Koreans have been preparing for cyber warfare for many years now... some say serious work started in 2001. Looks like they're trying to freighten South Korea one way or another, too bad under the new leadership, their bluff is getting called at every turn.
Previously all they had to do was release an angry video to get food and money.
According to other sources, North Korea may not have behind the attack but because South Korea was also hit, it's likely that it was (in my opinion).
Apparently some of the servers a lot of the activities came out of were not located in North Korea, rather the US.
Details probably will come in the following days.
