The House of Lords has sent a clear message to the Government.We do need a new Bill but this one is rubbish.It has gone back to the House of Commons to be debated today (Wed)I think the proposers of the Bill as it stands, are in for a rough ride.As they said in the last debate we need "Time Gentlemen please"
