Does anyone of any military related careers I could enter considering I have type one diabetes? I was interested in joining the army but the recruiter informed me that they do not take type one diabetics.

The military/security always need academics. The way to be one is through collage/university. When you have degrees from a university, you can work as an analyst at a governmental agency. I saw you are young so I guess you are in the high school now. Get good grades, apply for a college/university. In addition to study something you like, learn a foreign language.

Joining the military was totally worth the experience. If you need GI Bill cash, the existence exercises I acquired during my 21 years in the Navy have made me a superior man and a more deferential worldwide resident.
