Be afraid. Russians are very stealthy creatures. Kind of like ninjas. They are probably hiding in your kitchen right now...give yourself up, they will be merciful. (c)

Sure there are those who missuse the system but in general it is a fair and square thing. A good mix between capitalism/free market and some social attributes is what works out well for everyone.

Hello zhaldev,

India and China are about the two best examples presently - as for China, they are even less social minded in regards to supporting -(the maybe unwilling) then in Germany. Germany IMHO has totally overdone the social part - and due to money budgetary issues they are "forced" to realize it.
However one should not overlook the Nazi issue in the 20's and 30's. The new German government was totally committed to prevent any "unhappiness" arrising amongst unemployed people - and due to this it was totally overdone - right up to the extend that people started to calculate the $ difference between the unemployment check and acctually going to work - so millions decided to stay "clever" and remain at home.

So in whatever direction capitalism or socialism is overdone, it leads to chaos - it's the good mix recipee like in China or India that obviously seems to work very very well.

Is there unemployment money paid in India?

Regards

Surprise, Surprise, been watching that load mouth, obnoxious, drunk named Glenn Beck haven't you?
http://www.christianpost.com/article...age/index.html

The problem for all you conservatives is that try as you might deny it...Jesus Christ believed in Social Justice too. But who knew all that talk about "giving to the poor", "feeding the hungry", etc was just communist pinko propaganda until brother Glenn enlightened us.

Oh my God, that means Jesus Christ was a Communist!!! And Mother Teresa!!! You know, I always knew that women was a Bolshevik! Who else would want to devote her entire life to aiding the poor, sick, and needy than Karl Marx in disguise.

You know if you turned a crucifix at an 45 degree angle it does resemble the Soviet Hammer. And the symbol is Islam is a crescent, turn the crescent upsidedown and its a sickle and hammer. Finally, the star of david could represent a Soviet Star.
Hammer (Christianity), Sickle (Islam) and Star (Judaism) the old Hebrew Tribes are all closet communists!

My, making wild accusations out of thin air like Beck and his followers do sure is fun!!!!

And Folks...Communism is dead. Communism in the world is about as popular as foot fungus. There are a few middle-aged radicals left, mostly those who lead the good life under communists regimes and want desperately to go back to it. Thats about it.

Its the 21th century surely we can find a new bogeyman.

Seems to me that there are Communists insurgencies still active in Latin America & India. It is a potential threat as long as people believe in the fairy tale & are willing to teach it to the ignorant who don't realize it can't work. A Liberal on a political forum once said Communism will work if we take human nature out of humans....say what????

Those are not communists, they claim to be acting in accordance of their peoples wishes. In reality they care nothing about politics or the people and are nothing more than criminals.

Hello zhaldev,

acctually I am German - but I have spend about 35 years in Asia, and presently I am stationed in China.

Yes, unemployment money is paid in the four special zones in China - it's around 50$US a month - so no encouragement for someone to stay at home and hang it out.

haha you did the perfect reversal of Glenn Beck. All you need is a chalk board.

However, I don't think Communism is dead. An idea that is so hopeful cannot die and it will be used by those who need an army of poor, uneducated and desperate people until the end of time.
