The first cartoon regarding to Chinese Policy cartoon is correct. Looks like the inner regions of the communist party of China is being divided by refomists and hardliners. You got an official who's wearing a business suit probably in favor of reform while you have the man beside him wearing a Mao-suit in favor of keeping the original system.

The second Cartoon is attempting to poke fun at both Iran and Pakistan because both of these nation's economy and finances cannot possibly assist in developing a large Nuclear Arsenal.

Third cartoon, is quite self-explanatory. The "China Price" can bring the closure of factories in Europe and also drive local manufacturers out of business. Welcome to the Post-Industrial age.

Actually the second cartoon is depicting, quite accurately, the disparity in Chinese society. The fact they have nuclear weapons and ICBM's while 90% of the population still works their plot of land with water buffalo. Very appropos.

I'll have to say your supporting arguement is seriously flawed Bulldogg.

Water Buffalos are used extensively in Southern Asia and India. This kind of assumption that Water Buffalos are only used by Chinese Farmers is a myth.

Don't just look at the animals and make your final conclusions. When you're looking at a Political Cartoon you need expand your perspective much more if you want to understand what the artist is trying to imply. Pay Attention to the enviroment and look at the architecture of the buildings nearby. Also, look very closely to the man standing at the podium. Clearly no Chinese Communist Party Official wear that kind of attire during parades.

The only place where the PLA parade its ICBMs is Tiananmen Square. From what I see, the artist did not draw Tiananmen Square.

Cartoon shows top military, political, religious leaders sitting or standing beneath a canvas. Only military in Asia that use that kind of canvas during parades is Iran.

So therefore the second cartoon is referring to Iran, not China.

Cabal, can you show me where I said the only place they use water buffaloes is China? Very curious.

Hahahahaha you two!! I have a waterbuffalo too! I only lack the ICBM.... that I'll acquire one later.

The cartoons are just as hilarious as they are true. But let's just see how China develops when people want to own more then a bicycle? Even communists like comfort, and money tends to gives easier then ideology!

First of all, you assume that the second cartoon is referring to China because of the artist's impression of a water buffalo.

According to your argument the following logic goes as: Nuclear weapons + Water Buffaloes = China

I ask you, where did you get the assumption that 90% China's Populations are Peasants use Water Buffalos? Statistically, that is impossible since we're talking about a population of 1.3 Billion People.

How in the name of all that is holy do you KNOW just wtf I am thinking?

I formed no argument. I fired a shot across the bow to a good joke.

Were I to form an argument it would be unmistakable.

Again asking where I used the delineation of "only water buffalo in China"? And now as a subsequent follow-up please show me my thesis, supporting evidence and conclusion required of an argument? Been awhile since I seen a good magic show so please, by all means...

IT IS A FRIGGIN JOKE FOR PETE'S SAKE. Who seriously in their right mind argues about friggin jokes??? Fark!

You wanna get stuck into over something then let's finish this up...
