Among the first “Germans” captured at Normandy were several Koreans. They had been captured and forced to fight for the Japanese Army until they were captured by the Russians and forced to fight for the Russian Army until they were captured by the Germans and forced to fight for the German Army until they were captured by the US Army.

Poor bastards, hopefully they got to enjoy 3 war pensions each ;)

Lazza.

hehehe.
almost every front in the entire war.... too bad they didnt get to fight in Africa.

It would make quite an action packed movie wouldn't it. Call it something like "Band of Brothers, and Brothers, and Brothers, and Brothers". :D

I don't know where Lazza found it, but I do know that this story can be found in Stephen Ambrose's D-Day. It speaks of four Koreans in the Wehrmacht's Ost battalion who were captured on Utah beach on June 6.
That's a good book btw. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in that period of history.
