WWII Medal question - please help

Hello all -

I hope you can help - I am trying to replace some medals for my granddad. He has some ribbons that he swears up and down did not come with medals. I'm aware that some citations were ribbon only, but I don't think these qualify because I'm finding replica medals all over the internet.

The ribbons in question are:
Good Conduct
ETO
WWII Victory
American Campaign


Hope someone can help clear this up.

I found most of those medals in there, under WW2 Army medals.

He may not have been issued a medal with the associated ribbon. He would still be entitled to purchase/wear the medal.
