WO Evaluations

WEll, me and two other buddies have started Warrant officer evaluations. We're competing for Squadron commander, but there's also DepComm and Squadron Warrant Officer, so I'm garunteed one, but chief would be nice. Wish me luck.

Well, I did it. I'm now a Warrant Officer 2nd Class. I the squadron deputy commander right now.

Hoo, man! Soo much worked dumped on me all of a sudden. I feel like I'm practically runing the whole squadron myself (delegating tasks to people of course) but still, it's nucking futs!

Welcome to the lovely world of being a Warrant Officer. Trust me, after a while, you get used to it and it doesn't seem as overwhelming. Just keep your head up, and you'll do fine.
