AP - The U.S. grew so concerned about the possibility of an Islamist terrorist attack in Spain in 2007 that it proposed setting up a counterterrorism center in the country's second-largest city, according to confidential cables.

These Wikileaks cables actually reveal nothing except that Spain and the United States can work together to combat terrorism. :thumb:
 
And also that there is no real "conspiracy" behind many of the things that have happened.

Nothing like, "Find those damn tapes and burn them!!!"
