Which movie was this scene/quote from?

I remember watching a movie many years ago. It was a war movie of course, not sure which war, they were in a concrete city that was turned to rubble and one of the guys got hit and it blew his balls off. The general or major picked them up and said you won't be needing these anymore and threw them away. I thought it was full metal jacket, but watched FMJ lastnight, kept waiting for that scene but never came. Hope someone can help.

Thanks for the quick replies. Thats probably it, that title doesn't sound familiar to me at all though, but it was many years ago. Now to find somewhere that has it.
