Kinda looks like a T80 to me. SHERMAN is probably your best bet for an answer.

looks a little like the camo paint for the urban version of the leo 2, maybe it's also camo for urban use...

Yes, it is indeed a Chieftain. Easy to call by the big Infra-RED search light on the left of the turret.

The camo I think is what use to be the British camo for urban warfare. Here are a few vehicles with the same pattern and the page says:
