Yes, I actually need some help here...
I'm trying to find the origin to George Orwells quote:
"We sleep safely in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm."
I can't find any proof that he really said this.
It's used everywhere, but no one knows when, and why he said it!
Please help, so that I can sleep (safely) in my bed at night again... 8)
