My mother is an immigrant and just received her citizenship this year, she waited 30 years to vote, if she is willing to wait that long, all immigrants should have to wait the required period of time before voting. BTW: My wife is also an immigrant and can;'t wait to get her citizenship to vote.

When people come to America they are usualy coming from Dictatorships and poor worthless countries, which were made like this due to the leaders they originaly elected.
