US officials can't be sued for post-9/11 abuse: Supreme Court (AFP)

AFP - The US Supreme Court ruled Monday that the FBI director and officials of the Bush administration could not be sued over alleged abuse of terror suspects in the wake of the September 11, 2001 attacks.

Can't sue? That's just great, now we add millions of attorneys to the unemployment lines! Not a real win situation for the Government. Pay the lawyers fees if the can sue, pay the lawyers unemployment. Either way the government pays.
