Climate changes, countries face food shortages. Countries previously too cold to grow crops find the bread basket zones coming into their areas... you got a classic situation for conflict.

Well hopefully we can get a longer lasting discussion on this report than we got with the last one.
Oddly enough I really like this report as it avoids all the political clap trap about politics and whether the problem is "man made" or not and jumps straight to the effects of the problem although I think it is a little bleak in its outcome as it is seems to be predicting a "Mad Max" outcome.
