AP - When soldiers tried to halt a suspicious-looking SUV that was being escorted through Monterrey by a state policeman, the officer radioed for backup. In minutes, police from 40 patrol cars surrounded the troops, drawing their guns and sending the soldiers diving for cover in an hour-long standoff.

mexico's government system is poor.

a lot of people get bribe by cartels specaily city police and state troppers, now huge cartels are bribing local taxis as look outs .

its very rare to hear of corputed soldiers out there, but thats is in fact.

mexico should get rid of police and state tropper. and pack it with nothing but soldiers. in that way it i'll came down.
