I really want to know which of the 2 Survival Horror giants everyone likes better. I will tell you why I choose the way I did when I see replys.
 
I like them both, but I'm more partial to RE since I've actually played more of them. I've heard that SH is better than RE, but I stay loyal to Umbrella...
 
Well, SH is way more cerebral than RE in terms of story, atmosphere, and setting. The game tries more to grab you by your mind, eliminate your security, and possibly make you have a breakdown. RE grabs more at your nerves and tries to catch you off guard. It is far more action and spillage (if you know what I mean) oriented than SH. It depends on what you want. If you want a quick pop out and BOO scare, go with RE. If you want a slow, suspenseful GOD MAKE IT STOP scare, go with SH.
 
RE all the way! The new one disappointed me though, the team based thing wrecked the whole scariness of being on your own against loads of creepy zombies. :roll:
