The new SSgt running our recruiting center recently wants all of the poolees to report in, how exactly do you do that?
Reporting in
Capt Frogman
Brit Pack (Troop Commander)
(rank) (last name) {sir/ma'am if warrant or commissioned officers}, (your rank and last name) reporting as ordered. Salute only if you have a cover on your head.
When given the command dismissed say "Aye, aye (rank and last name) or (sir/ma'am). Do an about face and walk away. You salute only if you have a cover on your head.
Feet together, shoulders back and chest stuck out.
My personal favourite - "SIR! YES SIR! and/or SIR! NO SIR!"
