The motor racing community has lost an irreplaceable figure today with the passing of Dan Wheldon from injuries sustained after being involved in a multi-car crash on lap 12 of the Las Vegas 300. The race was Red flagged after the crash and INDYCar officials called the race after learning of Wheldon's death. He will be missed my many racing fans, godspeed Dan Wheldon.
