By Ali Sawafta RAMALLAH, West Bank (Reuters) - Palestinian Prime Minister-designate Rami Hamdallah said on Tuesday he hoped to form his West Bank-based government this week but was committed to implementing a power-sharing deal with Gaza's Hamas rulers.
