Four days after a car bomb attack on the Danish Embassy in Islamabad killed at least six people, Pakistani authorities said Friday that they had foiled new attacks when police intercepted three vehicles laden with explosives and arrested three potential suicide bombers. Authorities ramped up security near the Islamabad enclave where most foreign diplomatic missions are located, and the U.S. Embassy strongly advised Americans to limit nonessential movement in the capital and nearby Rawalpindi.
