I HAVE A RIFLE I NEED SOME HELP IDENTIFYING.THE ONLY MARKINGS ARE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RECEIVER.

The 007x57 should be the calibre or rather 7mm diameter x 57mm case length.

The x69369 is probably the serial number

I second this. Even a link to a website with similar rifles would be helpful but a photo of the actual rifle will be the most effective way for us to identify it.
