I am seeking the originator of the infamous phrase "rank has it's privileges....." AND the rest of the phrase/quote.

I think it will be very har to find the author of this one.
This is a phrase that has probably been used for many houndreds (or thousands) of years.
Rank has always had it's privileges. 8)

But I'll try find any info about it.
