Navy Boot Camp...

I just spoke with my brother and he has decided to sign on with the US Navy. He is 20 years old so this is something he has put some time in to thinking about. He has aquired, by this time in his life, certain things like furniture and a computer that he does not want to leave with family while at basic and his (all i know it to be called is MOS school Oo-Rah) job training. I know that here in the USMC we have TMO that will stash our stuff away if we rate it so in the same respect the Navy has to have something similar. His recruiter denies that he rates the storage via the Navy and he needs to fork it out on his own accord. I don't like to take a recruiters word for it but i can't find a solid answer on this one. Thanks for your help.

TMO is for once you are in. The Recruiter is correct, unless married when enlisting, the military will not pay for it.
